Paul Freeman-Jones was second overall, Sean Leith first M50 and Lionel Stielow first M70 at the Tonbridge 10k on 23rd October.

Fourteen Sevenoaks AC runners tackled the Tonbridge Half in fine conditions on 9th October, albeit five of them in official pacing roles.Bridgit Weekes was first W60, with Sally Shewell second, and Lionel Stielow was second M70. The Sevenoaks women, led by Julia Davis and including Bridgit Weekes and Lucy Wilkes, won the prize for second female team. The SAC results were as follows:

Andrew Mead won the October handicap race with his fastest time over the seven mile course for ten years.
James Baker was second, just ahead of Simon Hallpike.
Suzy Claridge was the fastest woman and Andrew the fastest overall.
Andrew now leads the series by four points ahead of Suzy, with two races to go and another five runners in close pursuit.
The next race, over five miles, is on Sunday 6th November at 08:30 from the track.
