Richard Pitcairn-Knowles (above centre) leads the UK 5k race rankings at the beginning of March as he prepares to challenge for M80 honours in the London Marathon on 21 April. Richard ran 27:25 at the Dulwich Park Run on 12th January. The 28th February edition of Athletics Weekly confirms the talented veteran's lofty status.
