Warm humid conditions prevailed over the gentle undulations of the scenic Penshurst trail run on Sunday 17th July, with most members opting for the 9.7ish mile route and the post-run coffee. As usual Jim Knight provided water and support en route, although the fast group were too quick for him at one point!
