Jim Knight won the May handicap race ahead of David Hale and Keith Dowson.
Five runners beat their handicaps over five miles in fine conditions.
Lucy Wilkes was the fastest woman and David the fastest overall.
After five races, Lucy leads the series from Sam Znetyniak and Simon Hallpike.
The next, sixth, race is over the seven mile course and starts from the track at 08:30 on Sunday 4th June.

Simon Hallpike won the April handicap race by 28 seconds from Graham Dwyer with Lucy Wilkes first woman 2 seconds further back in third.
Rebecca Pickard was fastest woman and Graham was the fastest overall.
In the first series table of 2023 Simon leads with Chris Desmond second.
The next race, over five miles, is on Sunday 28th May at 08:30 from the track.

Six SAC runners completed the London Marathon on 23rd April. Bridgit Weekes finished in the top ten in her category, while Hugh Brennan ran a great time to lead the club's runners home.
