Keith Dowson was third M50 at the (Kent GP and Championship) Dinosaur 10k at Deal on Sunday 27th July.
Keith led home the Sevenoaks AC contingent of six finishers from which Geoff Vine had to pull out with calf trouble while leading the M60s.
Times were impressive over quite a hilly course in very hot and humid conditions.
