Training Sessions - Weekdays
Tuesday Evenings – this is our most popular session, we meet at the Sennocke Centre at Sevenoaks School at for either a 5 or 7 mile run. In the winter this is around the streets of Sevenoaks but in the summer we use the beautiful Knole Park. The Sennocke Centre provides us with free changing and shower facilities. For details contact
For this session we have 3 separate paced groups catering for all abilities each with a run leader. A Faster group – 7 -7.5 min per mile, and a Medium group – 8-9 min per mile, start at 7pm, while there is a Slower group running 7 to 8 km at about 7 to 8 minutes per km which starts at the earlier time of 6pm.
Thursday Evenings – this is an interval training speedwork session designed to improve speed endurance. Held every Thursday at 7pm at Sevenoaks School Track – you will need a head-torch for the darker evenings. For details contact
Training Sessions – Weekends
We have a range of weekend sessions available including trail runs, hill sessions, or long runs for marathon training. The programme for these sessions is arranged around other events such as the Monthly Club Handicap, cross country series and popular road races. See the club calendar here for details.
The Sevenoaks School running track is also available for individual use between 09:00 – 10:00 on Sundays but there are no organised sessions.
