Training Sessions - Weekdays

Tuesday Evenings – this is our most popular session, we meet at the Sennocke Centre at Sevenoaks School for either a 5 mile (8k) or 7 mile (11k) run. In the winter this may be around the streets of Sevenoaks but in the summer we use the beautiful Knole Park. For details contact This email address is being protected from spambots. For this session we have 3 separate paced groups catering for all abilities each with a run leader.  A Faster group – 4:30 mins or less per km, and a Medium group – 4:30 - 6:00 mins per km, start at 7 pm, while there is a slower group (or groups) running 6:00 or more mins per km which starts at the earlier time of 6:15 pm.

Thursday Evenings – this is an interval training speedwork session designed to improve speed endurance. Held every Thursday at 7pm at Sevenoaks School Track – you will need a head-torch for the darker evenings. For details contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Training Sessions – Weekends

We have a range of weekend sessions available including trail runs, hill sessions, or long runs for marathon training. The programme for these sessions is arranged around other events such as cross country matches and popular road races. See the club calendar here for details.

The club also hires the track on Sunday mornings when the sessions for our senior athletes are between 09:00 and 10:00.
