Starters

Filo wrapped, rosemary & roasted garlic baked Somerset brie with cranberry & black pepper compote (v)

Chart farm venison & Stornoway black pudding scotch egg with wholegrain mustard sauce

Beetroot mousse with torched crumbled goats cheese, charred orange, hazelnut granola & radish salad (v)

Ham hock & parsley terrine with spiced apple compote, toasted ficelle & pineapple crisp

Carpaccio of tuna with pickled cucumber salad, cilantro sprouts, tomato ceviche & sesame tuille

Mains

Roasted English turkey breast roulade with free range pork, sage & cranberry stuffing, chipolata wrapped in smoked streaky bacon with turkey jus & cranberry sauce

Crispy slow cooked brisket of beef with horseradish apple puree & smoky parsnip crisps

Baked fillet of cod with brioche & gruyere herb crust, sautéed spinach, whole grain mustard cream sauce & sautéed new potatoes

Celeriac, leek, chestnut & cranberry shortcrust pastry pie with sautéed leek with chopped hazelnuts & crumbed Kentish blue cheese (v)

Confit duck leg with white bean, carrot & pancetta served with salsa verde & buttered sprout leaves

All served with honey roasted parsnips & sautéed brussels sprouts, baked cauliflower cheese gratin & traditional roast potatoes

Desserts

Layered chocolate three ways: White chocolate panna cotta, milk chocolate mousse & dark chocolate glaze served with almond tuille

Caramelised apple & cinnamon sponge pudding with homemade calvados ice cream

Homemade mini Christmas pudding with brandy & vanilla sauce

Iced chestnut parfait with caramelised chestnuts, rum chantilly cream with dark chocolate flakes
